As Beige & Stone, we value you and your home. Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. You can return a Beige & Stone product that you are not satisfied with within 15 days.
Return Policy
You can return the product you purchased on www.beigeandstone.com within 15 days of receipt. The shipping cost of the product to be exchanged or returned belongs to the buyer. You must send the returned or damaged products, the package content completely and undamaged.
As Beige & Stone, we cannot accept the return of products if they have been used, washed or used outside of the instructions for use of the product.
If a defective product is sent by Beige & Stone, the shipping cost of the return or exchange belongs to Beige & Stone.
Return Process
You can send your returned product to the address below by filling in the return form that we will forward you, as "with payment to the sender".
Your return process will be completed within 5 working days after your product or products reach our warehouse.
After your return process is complete, we will notify you via your registered e-mail address.

Pay back
After your return request is approved, the total cost of the products you request to be returned will be refunded to the credit card you used during the shopping.
Since the process of transferring the refund amount to your account may differ from bank to bank, we recommend that you contact your bank if you have a problem in this process.
Additional Information
You cannot return or exchange a product you bought online from our sales points.
Any shipping fee you have paid for is non-refundable.
Returns of products whose box or label is damaged / missing during the return process cannot be accepted. Please send the products you want to return in the delivery box sent to you or in the cargo bag that you can obtain from the cargo.

If your invoice is issued on behalf of an institution, you must issue a return invoice. For corporate orders, we cannot accept your return without a return invoice.
